We are pleased to inform you that, as part of an important urban development initiative already underway in Bologna, construction works will begin in front of our hotel from early June 2025 until the end of the year.
This phase involves the installation of tracks for the city’s new electric tram line, which is expected to become fully operational in 2026.
This project will lead to the full pedestrianisation of Via dell’Indipendenza, significantly enhancing the tranquillity, safety, and charm of the area.
